Q: May I read a good sample BEFORE I send in my order?

A: Yes… we offer a 4 (four) chapter sample to ‘pre-ordering’

Q: Do I have to order all three books? 

A: This is not three separate books, but one book with three parts so your order would include all three parts in one! 

Q: Would it be possible to buy the three parts separately?

A: We have looked at this possibility and fear that the increase in price (to provide three separate parts at different times) would cost more than three times as much. One of the reasons being P & P would be three times the cost of a single book including three parts. Not good economic's for you.

Q: If I order and make a payment, will I DEFINITELY receive my purchase?

A: Most DEFINITELY! Your payment creates a contract. We guarantee to send you an electronic version first, so that you may start reading immediately, followed, later, by a printed copy, (if you ordered one!) according to its printing cycle.

Q: Why the delay for a printed copy?

A: We do not print thousands of copies at once, and then keep them in a warehouse ready to be distributed… that is incredibly expensive. Printed copies will be ‘batch’ printed, to reduce costs for you and us. We will have to accumulate 100 ordered copies BEFORE we order a printing batch. After that, it is merely a matter of days before we send it on to you.

Q: How long will the take to receive my book?

A: We hope from a few days to only a few weeks, but it relies ENTIRELY upon the number of ‘Printed Books’ ordered! It could be a matter of days, but we are just now starting to take orders for physically (not electronically) printed books! We hope the time from your purchase to receiving your order, diminishes as the time progresses.

Q: How will my book be delivered?

A: We expect to deliver your printed book by regular mail services. P & P (postage and packaging) will be added BEFORE you pay your final order, and will be additional to the purchase price of the book. There will be ZERO P & P for an electronic version.

Q: How can I pay for an order, whether it's electronic or physical?

A: All you need to do, is send your electronic payment to the address shown on our webpage, and you may download your electronic copy automatically and immediately. The physical copy will require longer time and that time is required to process your printed copy order and make sure that your postal address is correct with valid zip/postal/mailing code; it will be sent to you once it is printed.

Q: What happens if I do not receive the order within a lengthy period? 

A: We would offer you a refund of your printed version (incl. P & P) after 90 days. Because of batch printing, which relies upon the number of orders received to create a minimum printed batch that 90 days for the first year would be a reasonable length of time before refund is offered. But a refund is guaranteed after that period of time.

Q: What if I see a hard cover copy in a commercial bookstore? 

A: you would be at liberty to choose to buy it, if that is your choice. Its price will also be substantially higher than the paperback copy that we would provide you with. 

Q: Will the version of any hardback copy be the same as the electronic and or printed copy from your website?

A: If an independent publisher wishes to publish a copy of Crystal’s World Trilogy and they wish to perform some editing, then it is entirely possible that their version might be a little different from our original, but it's price is liable to be substantially higher than our website pricing. 

Q: Will it be possible for me to purchase copies of The Humorous Adventures Of Spindle Sticks And Ballast Bum, Books 1 thru 4? 

A: The same conditions apply to The Humorous Adventures Of Spindle Sticks And Ballast Bum as to Crystal’s World Trilogy.

Q: Are you likely to add any new material as in short stories or documentaries or other printed material as time goes by?

A: we hope to add more written material as time goes by, and yes, we anticipate being able to sell those as well. We will update the website accordingly to keep you up-to-date with what is available to buy. 

Q: I don't have a large computer or tablet, but only a medium-sized smart phone… Can I read this book on any smart phone? 

A: Absolutely! When you order, tell us which devices you would like to read the book on. We shall send you the correct size format for your device. Unfortunately, the price will remain the same, regardless of the size format!
